Low Impact Adult Ballet is a graceful, full classical ballet class designed for advanced beginner to intermediate adult dancers. The class includes traditional barre work, center combinations, and stretching—all taught with a low-impact approach that supports joint health while still developing strength, balance, and artistry. Perfect for those looking to continue their ballet training in a mindful, supportive environment. A wonderful workout too!
Silver Swans® is a specially designed ballet program developed by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners or those looking for a gentler approach to their ballet training. It’s also perfect for greater flexibility, coordination, and energy – all with an artistic approach. As a certified Silver Swans teacher, I offer welcoming classes that focus on grace, musicality, and well-being—no previous dance experience required. Whether you’re returning to ballet or trying it for the first time, Silver Swans is a beautiful way to stay active, express yourself, and connect with others in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Stretch, Strength & Dance (All Levels) is a 1-hour class that focuses on deep stretching – both standing and on the floor – combined with full-body and core-focused strength work. It is designed to increase flexibility and alignment; all with beautiful music to relax and feel inspired. The final 10 minutes flow into movement and dance, allowing students to connect skills through music. Students are welcome to bring an exercise mat for floor work.
